Position Overview

            
Maintain and reconcile trial balance accounts monthly 
Process weekly banking documentation within strict deadlines 
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for local and foreign accounts 
Monitor cash balances and manage local and foreign liquidity 
Transfer excess funds and support treasury-related activities 
Coordinate foreign currency transactions prior to payments 
Process petty cash transactions where applicable 
Verify supplier payments are correctly matched to invoices on a weekly basis 
Review monthly supplier reconciliations within prescribed deadlines 
Validate GRV account matching for the prior month 
Investigate and resolve supplier queries and reconciling items promptly 
Maintain accurate customer and supplier master data, including FICA compliance 
Submit new supplier/customer details for approval prior to system activation
