Summary You will serve as an ACCOUNTANT in the Comptroller Directorate, Material Accountability Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will serve as an expert on the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) accounting system and provide technical guidance on the financial, procurement, and inventory systems used by the department. You will perform studies and analysis related to financial requirements, contracting procedures, and inventory management practices. You will apply accounting principles, theories, concepts and practices in new ways to solve problems where no clear precedent exists. You will coordinate with Accountants and Financial Management Analysts in the Material Accountability Department to discuss problems and resolutions for system issues.
