Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, receipts, etc.)
• Maintain and update accounting records and files
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and vouchers
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Assist in preparing financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivableEnsure accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies
