About the Role

Webzoid System Solutions Corporation is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. This full-time role is based in our Paranaque City office and will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records.

What you'll be doing

Daily / Routine Tasks

• Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, collections)
• Encode accounting entries into the accounting system or Excel
• Maintain and organize accounting files, vouchers, and supporting documents
• Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare invoices, official receipts, and payment vouchers
