Responsibilities

• Carry out technical work according to instructions from your Manager, and according to established procedures.
• Maintain accrued records and documentation.
• Perform financial data entry and maintenance: accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software and maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices and payments; reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, resolve any discrepancies, and monitor and track bank transactions.
