Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quickbooks Bookkeeper and Accountant to handle daily financial transactions and support accounting operations. Responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information to management through maintaining, updating and analyzing the accounting records.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks/AQBooks
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations regularly
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and company policies
