Top private sector group company has a career‑bolstering opportunity available for an Accountant with experience assisting property clients.
Key Experience required
Full tenant billing function.
Debtors.
Invoicing.
Ensure bank statements, payments, and transactions are allocated.
Tenant deposit reconciliations.
Tenant account reconciliations.
Monthly bookkeeping process up to trial balance.
Monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries.
Creditors.
Cashbooks.
Journals.
Ensure that all petty cash expenses are checked and captured.
Audit / annual financial file preparations.
Adjustment accounts
Requirements
Finance Degree / Diploma
SAIPA/CIMA articles advantageous
MRI Software highly advantageous
Experience doing accounting for property related companies
