Role Overview We are seeking an Accountant to join our Finance team in Singapore. The role focuses on maintaining an accurate general ledger, ensuring timely month-end closures, maintaining internal controls over financial reporting, and supporting audits and tax filings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving trading environment with high transaction volumes, multiple legal entities, and constantly evolving products.
Key Responsibilities - Execute month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and review accounts payable, journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, bank wires and fluctuation analyses.
- Maintain accurate standard operating procedures, financial records and documentation.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities within the accounting, close and reconciliation process.
