We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities - Use Xero System to process and reconcile accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately
- Organize and maintain accounting records and files to support audit readiness
- Prepare GST filings and audit schedules to ensure regulatory compliance
- Generate financial reports to provide clear insights into company finances
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities
- Perform general administrative and finance-related tasks when required
Required competencies and certifications - Minimum Diploma or Degree in Admin, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in handling full set of accounts independently
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
