Position Overview

            Job Description  Handling full sets of accounts 
Meets month end closing and reporting deadlines 
Liaise with external auditor for statutory audit 
Prepare audit schedules and handling audit issues (if any) 
Provide information to tax agent for tax filling of annual returns and tax enquiries 
Liaise with corporate secretary for preparing annual returns, resolutions and other corporate secretarial matters 
Liaise with bank on operational issues and lawyer on legal matters 
 Requirements  Degree in Accounting or its equivalent 
At least 5 years of relevant working experience
