Income and expense tracking across all active projects
Supplier payments and cost reconciliation
Cash flow monitoring and monthly reporting to the studio director
Budget control per project, flagging deviations early
Payroll preparation and management as the team grows
Maintaining organised, audit-ready financial records
Degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent
Solid knowledge of Spanish accounting and fiscal obligations (SL, autónomos, IVA/IRPF)
