This position is responsible for daily accounting operation, keeping the books correct and updated according to our group rules and local regulations. Works together with manager, supervisor and co-workers in a professional and efficient way, bookkeeping to support retail stores, including but not limited to the following tasks:
- Carry out store and backend daily accounting operation for revenue, turnover rent related, prepare and process accounting records for account receivable and payable
- Handle and perform VAT filing and reporting, perform various tax filings and Withholding Tax payment and reconciliations
- Handling E-invoice (E-GUI) related matters, assist in invoice checking and process payments.
- Handle and review the employee expenses claims
- Carry out accounting transactions such as monthly and yearly cut, various reconciliation, general ledger bookings and intercompany transactions
