Ensures proper documentation, printing, and notarization of contracts. Issues lease certificates, updates records, and manages merchant communications. Handles supplier billings, vendor accreditation, and purchase requisitions, including sourcing quotations. Also supports general office needs such as managing supplies, meetings, emails, and utilities.
