Job Purpose

To support the timely and accurate financial reporting of the Company's financial results to internal management and corporate head office on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of weekly forecasts, monthly financial statements and reporting requirements, and other quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Review and analyze financial statement trends and variances against budget, forecast, and prior year and provide adequate explanations to substantiate.
• Perform addition/disposition of fixed assets and maintain ledger.
• Reconcile cash system transactions to bank transactions on a daily basis.
• Complete balance sheet account reconciliations monthly: bank, fixed assets, prepaids, accrued liabilities, analyze underlying balances, and investigate d...
