**Overview**

Responsible for overseeing the daily accounting functions and leading the preparation of accurate, GAAP-compliant financial statements. You will serve as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors and ensure adherence to FDIC, Federal Reserve, and state-level banking regulations. Participates in the planning, coordination and management of accounting & financial reporting operations. Performs any functions within the scope of authority and expertise to provide the highest level of service to customers and co-workers.

**Responsibilities**

+ Plans, organizes, develops and manages the daily administration of the Accounting & Financial Reporting group. Conducts periodic performance evaluations, provides ongoing counsel, coaching, training, development and motivation.
