What will your goal be?
Support the company's financial and accounting management, ensuring the correct recording of transactions, the reconciliation of accounts, and compliance with current legal regulations.
What are your main responsibilities?
Accounting records: Collect, validate, and record the company's invoices, accounts receivable, petty cash, and credit cards.
Reconciliations and follow-up: Follow up on advances from workers/suppliers and reconcile account statements.
Reports and payments: Prepare weekly and monthly supplier reports for the Administrative and Financial Directorate, and monitor the timely payment of public services.
