Job Description

The Accounting Assistant is responsible for basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including the preparation of financial statements, reconciling bank records, and processing payments to contractors and suppliers. This role will report directly to the Property Manager.

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed
