Overall Role Purpose

Provide financial reporting, treasury standards, and quality accounts payable management and develop, maintain and enhance internal financial controls to safeguard the company’s assets.

Accountabilities

• Ensure that all received goods/rendered services are acknowledged and recorded in the EProcure/Get Lean system. An email reminder is sent one week before month end to remind requestors to perform GRN.
• Ensure the timely submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the Regional Office.
• Monitor and review monthly financial reports for reasonableness and any discrepancies.
• Provide schedules and reconciliations for specific years under audit (BIR Tax assessment).
• Maintain and manage the Computerized Accounting Application.
• Ensure timely consolidation of financial reporting for the business units.
