**What You'll Be Doing**

**Job Summary:** Generally responsible for providing assistance to the Finance and Accounting Team including administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable and expenses. Work will be performed under general supervision.

**Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:**

+ Scanning and filing paper and electronic documents.
+ Data entry of budget information and other data processing as necessary.
+ Organizing Certificates of Insurance and contracts.
+ Scheduling meetings.
+ Assisting with special projects.
