Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field.

- At least 1 year of experience in an Accounting Assistant role.

- Knowledge of the end-to-end accounting cycle.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.



Responsibilities

- Handle the end-to-end accounting process, from recording transactions to preparing financial reports.

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger.

- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial records are accurate.

- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
