We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Highly motivated and staying long time with experience accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits.
• Tax filing and preparing final documentation BIR Forms.
• Preparing and maintaining financial reports.
• Knowledgeable in government mandated contributions (SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG).
• Processing tax returns and tax payments to ensure that taxes are paid properly on time.
• Monitoring inventory and processing purchase orders.
• Preparation of slips for sales and collected checks.
• Record keeping of accounting files.
• Payroll for office staff.
• Assisting clients with WSR/Remittances report and inquiries from office.
