Position Overview

Description


-Support finance team by maintaining accurate postings and records

-Prepare financial documents ensuring compliance with company policies

-Full-cycle bookkeeping of accounts payable and receivable

-Invoicing, coding and reconciliation

-Administrative support and other ad hoc projects
Requirements

Requirements

-4-year bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

-2-4 years proven experience in accounting

-Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles

-Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook required

-Excellent communication and organizational skills

-Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills

-Strong knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus
