Position: Accounting Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

• Transactional Bookkeeping
  • Process and code vendor bills, ensuring proper account classification, tax treatment, and posting periods
  • Support accounts receivable workflows, including client statements, collections follow-ups, and dispute tracking
  • Code daily bank and credit card transactions across multiple entities
  • Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and properly supported
• Prepaids & Recurring Entries
  • Identify prepaid expenses and maintain amortization schedules
  • Prepare monthly amortization entries
  • Support recurring accounting processes
• Master Data & Record Maintenance
  • Set up and maintain vendor records (W-9 details, payment terms, tax status, entity/currency alignment)
