JOB DESCRIPTION PrideStaff on behalf of a client located in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced and professional Accounting Clerk who can assist with the daily financial transactions and provide administrative support to finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
AP/AR: Process, code, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.Support: Assist with month-end closing, inventory counts, and COGS tracking.Excel & Reporting: Maintain financial data using PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.Credit & Collections: Monitor customer balances and process credit applications.Compliance: Assist with sales tax nexus tracking and audit documentation.Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales and Operations to resolve billing discrepancies.
Qualifications:Education: Associate’s degree in Accounting or 2+ years of relevant experience.Technical: Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP); ERP experience (QuickBooks, Dynamics, ...
