Description We are looking for a dependable Accounting Clerk to support daily financial operations for a growing organization in Hickory, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting work, keeps records precise, and can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role will contribute to core accounting activities, help maintain accurate reporting, and assist with monthly and year-end financial processes.
Responsibilities:
β’ Handle vendor invoice processing, payment tracking, and ongoing communication to maintain strong supplier relationships.
β’ Record and review financial activity in QuickBooks Online to keep spending aligned with budgets and accounting records up to date.
β’ Complete reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and employee expenses, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
