Position Overview

Ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively 
Process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts 
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner 
Ensures that the aging of accounts are strictly monitored especially for clients who have terms agreement 
Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and reconciling bank statements 
Keeping financial records updated 
Daily encoding of financial transactions in database 
Track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies 
Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time 
Work Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday 
Graduate of BS Accountancy 
Preferably with work experience with bookkeeping 
Can analyze data
