Responsibilities:
β’ Process and file accounts payable invoices, ensuring proper coding and job allocation.
β’ Prepare and distribute weekly billing for a major client, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
β’ Perform check runs and manage tax certificates as part of routine accounting tasks.
β’ Maintain accurate records by filing vehicle copies, job folders, and paid invoices.
