Role Overview
An Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations managing accounting teams ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations .
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management
- Oversee daily accounting operations (AP AR GL payroll)
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and transactions
- Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
2. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Develop and manage company budgets
- Monitor expenses and financial performance
- Provide financial forecasts and analysis to management
3. Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide accounting staff
- Assign tasks and review team performance
- Provide training and support to junior accountants
