Role Overview
Accounting Manager who will lead and structure the accounting department within a fast‑paced logistics environment. Oversees a team of three accounting staff and establishes effective processes, ensures accurate financial reporting, and supports operational decision‑making.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functions.
- Lead, mentor and develop the accounting department, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Design, implement and optimize accounting processes, internal controls and departmental structure.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
