Job Description

>Manage overall accounting operations and oversee local accounting staff members.
>Consolidate and supervise monthly and annual financial closing activities.
>Liaise with external consultants, tax advisors, and audit firms regarding accounting and compliance matters.
>Support team members, monitor work progress, and proactively drive operational improvements and other related tasks.

Job Requirement

>At least 2 years of accounting experience.
>Conversational English proficiency for business communication.
>Conversational Japanese language proficiency.
>Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to perform tasks independently and reliably.
