Position Overview

Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation 
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements 
Monitor inventory accounting, costing, and valuation 
Ensure accurate recording of sales, returns, discounts, and promotions 
Reconcile sales reports with POS systems and wholesale billing 
Monitor gross margins and cost of goods sold (COGS) 
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and government regulations 
Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting 
Monitor budget performance and report variances 
Support cash flow planning and working capital management 
Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
