Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Accounts Inbox for Commission and Refund Payments
• Review and Validate Agent Commission bills and reports for Greenwich Business Unit
• Assist with other Accounts Payable tasks (e.g. process commission in STARS, check marketing incentives bills, send commission report to Go Study Business Unit)
• Assist with Month End Bank / Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• NetSuite system experience
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and systems
