POSITION: ACCOUNTING STAFF

LOCATION: GREENFIELD, MANDALUYONG

Key Responsibilities

• Fixed Asset Transactions: Assist in the processing of transactions related to fixed assets, including creation, capitalization of Construction in Progress (CIPs), depreciation, retirement, disposal, and sale.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all fixed asset activities comply with accounting policies, audit requirements, and government regulations. Prepare reports for internal and external audits as needed.
• Fixed Asset Tagging & Inventory: Support the tagging and inventory of fixed assets across departments, plants, and stores. Perform regular reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Reconciliation & Rollforward: Prepare and assist in monthly reconciliation and roll-forward schedules for fixed assets, ensuring proper tracking and accounting.
