Description We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join a growing manufacturing organization in New York. This role focuses on managing customer invoicing, receivables, and account follow-up while supporting accurate financial operations across the business. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound judgment in credit-related matters, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams in a fast-paced onsite environment.
Responsibilities:
β’ Prepare and issue customer invoices, maintain receivable records, and help ensure timely and accurate billing activity.
β’ Partner with the Credit Manager to review customer accounts, support credit evaluations, and assist with onboarding new customers.
β’ Calculate and apply sales tax requirements correctly across transactions and customer invoices.
