ROLE OVERVIEW

This position will provide general finance, payroll, and other administrative support to Kwik Lok Canada. You'll be part of a tight-knit team providing full office support for our Cambridge, Ontario plant!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS


+ Perform Accounts Payable duties including invoice entry, cheque payments, and tax reconciliations

+ Enter and ensure accuracy of all purchase orders issued, including pricing and delivery confirmations

+ Enter Payroll data for submittal to third party vendor accurately by set deadlines

+ Greet visitors and ensure they follow safety protocols

+ Assist with annual audit preparation

+ Work in partnership with corporate accounting group in Yakima, WA

+ Provide backup and support to other departments as needed

+ Perform filing, scanning, copying, and other office duties as needed
