Overview

The Finance and Accounting Associate plays a vital role in supporting core financial operations, including general ledger maintenance, inventory and capital expenditure (CAPEX) management, and treasury functions. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, contributing to the month-end and year-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable accounting standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

General Ledger, Inventory, and CAPEX Management

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Reconcile and record inventory balances between the general ledger (GL) and inventory management systems.
• Maintain and update the lapsing schedule for capital expenditures (CAPEX) and ensure accurate recording and tracking.
