Robert Half is partnering with a reputable organization in Mill Valley, looking for an Accounting Specialist for a 2 month contract. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with finance leadership on reporting tools and operational priorities while also supporting day-to-day accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage a high volume of accounts payable transactions, including coding invoices, entering payment data, and maintaining accurate vendor records.
β’ Examine invoices and supporting materials to confirm approvals, correct account assignment, and compliance with established procedures.
β’ Investigate payment issues and resolve discrepancies by working with internal departments and external vendors.
β’ Collaborate with finance leadership to build and refine financial dashboards, reports, and performance measures within a new procurement platform.
