Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the real estate industry, with exposure to inventory management
• SAP Accounts Receivable Audit Reconciliations
• Financial Analysis
• Financial Reporting
• Inventory Management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project cost accruals and perform cost analysis
• Set up project definitions, WBS, and cost breakdowns in SAP
• Process contractor billings and ensure proper deductions are applied
• Prepare and validate purchase requisitions; check material availability in the warehouse
• Submit monthly costing analyses and variance reports to management
• Monitor OSM, material purchases, and contractor payments to ensure compliance with approved budgets
