We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Accountant to work on a contract basis. The role involves maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires accuracy in financial reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations and assist with tax filings. Process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities in a timely manner. Support audit processes by providing accurate documentation and responding to auditor requests.
