Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities and ensure timely month-end and year-end closings
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Generate management reports and variance analyses
• Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and operational decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (Non-CPA)
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Knowledge of local tax codes, financial reporting standards, and audit procedures
