Position Overview

Financial Record Keeping 
Maintain and update accounting records, journals, and ledgers. 
Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions in the accounting software. 
Accounts Payable and Receivable: 
Process invoices and payments to vendors and suppliers. 
Prepare and send invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments. 
Reconciliation: 
Perform monthly bank and cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy. 
Reconcile accounts receivable and payable balances to ensure proper recording. 
Payroll Support: 
Assist in processing payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees. 
Tax Filing Support: 
Help in preparing tax returns and ensure tax compliance. 
Assist in generating reports for internal and external audits. 
Technical Skills: 
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Microsoft Excel).
