Responsibilities

• Account for the completeness of Vehicle sales invoice, delivery receipts and Miscellaneous sales invoice.
• Record onto the ERIC system the scrap sales transaction thru Miscellaneous sales invoice during the month
• Reconcile sales - chassis (quantity) per books against Vehicle Operation Logistic's report
• Prepare Monthly Closing entries for Accessories.
• Applied labor and overhead set-up (based on OBP/RBP rate and production report)
• Reconciliation and reclassification of materials issuance for the month
• Cost of units sold for the month
