Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions, including receipts, invoices, and payments.
• Records and prepares vouchers for all office disbursements.
• Regular monitoring and booking of collection based on official receipts.
• Performs other tasks assigned by the Accounting Supervisor Bookkeeper or by authorized top management.
• Assist in the operations of the business, including the Marlins Tests and the training schedules of seafarers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related courses (e.g., Financial Management, Accounting, etc.)
