Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of accounting professionals, overseeing daily operations, assigning tasks, and conducting performance reviews.

• Month-End Close Management: Own and manage the month-end and year-end closing procedures for multiple legal entities across various jurisdictions, ensuring deadlines are strictly met.

• Financial Reporting & Consolidation: Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements and detailed reporting packages, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.

• Complex Transactions: Supervise the accounting for complex investment structures, intercompany transfers, and multi-currency transactions.
