Position Overview

Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Management
  • Manage full sets of accounts specifically forMr.Perpsoperations.
  • Perform high-volumebookkeeping, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
  • Handle the systematicfiling and organization of vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and consolidate reports for management review.
Payment Gateway Reconciliation & Audit
  • Lead the daily/weeklytransaction reconciliationforMePay, Paypaz, and APay.
  • Audit and verify transaction flows to ensure zero discrepancy between system logs and bank settlements.
  • Investigate and resolve any settlement delays or payment anomalies across these platforms.
Internal Controls & Compliance
  • Ensure all accounting practices comply with Malaysian Private Reporting Standards (MPERS) or MFRS.
