Job Description
The Accounting Supervisor oversees the day-to-day accounting operations for Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), and Requisition to Pay (R2P). The role ensures accurate financial processing, timely reporting, effective collections and payables management, and compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Record to Report (R2R)
Supervise general accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.Support audits and the preparation of financial statements and management reportsOrder to Cash (O2C) / Collections
Oversee receivables, billing follow-up, and collection activities to support cash flow and working capital targets.Review aging reports, monitor overdue accounts, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve collection issues.
