Job Duties:

• Prepares accounts payable and purchasing documents, reviews for accuracy and approval, and posts in accounting system
• Prepares and posts journal entries involving expenditure and revenue items to the general ledger
• Analyzes financial data and prepares reports
• Sorts and distributes unit mail
• Maintains financial files
