As Accountant / Bookkeeper, you will:

• Provide accurate and timely accounting/bookkeeping support for clients (full cycle accounting) up to or including financial statements (to be confirmed, based upon your experience). This includes data entry, general accounting, payroll, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable and preparing/sending tax remittances, etc.

• Respond to telephone enquiries and greet incoming clients and visitors.

• Provide support during tax season . Critically review and assess accounting documents, tax returns and financial reports to ensure accuracy of all information.

• Represent the firm in a professional manner and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
