Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare P&L reports for all branches on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain branch databases for Power BI reporting.
  • Generate monthly OPEX reports for branch operations review.
  • Prepare monthly occupancy cost reports.
  • Conduct initial financial analyses for new store openings and rightsizing initiatives using templated formats.
  • Support the Controller with financial modeling, simulations, and analyses for business development and logistics.
  • Prepare other ad hoc and operational reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accountancy or a business‑related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting or financial management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
