Position Overview

            JOB RESPONSIBILITIES   Presently able to manage full set accounts, including AR, AP and GL 
Responsible for accounting (GST, payments, cash flow, closing documents, etc.) 
Customer service /Sales order handling 
Payment processing and reporting documents 
General administration (support communication, equipment management, etc.) 
Arranging courier, hotel reservations, calling a cab, transport etc. 
Support HQ for customer visit, expatriates, communication 
Multi-task with administrative 
Assist on travel arrangements &/ visa application for staff 
Any other ad-hoc duties tasked by the Manager and Directors 
Other general affairs, etc. 
 JOB REQUIREMENTS   Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration 
At least 3 years of relevant experience handling financial accounting and general administration duties
